BigBlogTool was launched in October of 2001 with a few goals in mind, we have met a number of them. We hoped to provide a stable, affordable service with excellent personal support and our customers tell us we're reaching that goal every day. One of our mandates is regulated growth to ensure stability and support. By limiting the growth through pricing and periodically suspending signups we can are better able to ensure there will be a physical human being ready to handle any problems or questions you might have. Our support team and the bbt community work together to make new users feel at ease both in the technical and human aspects of blogging.
